The Bay County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division announced the arrest of Kimberly Robinson Gandy, age 46. Gandy was wanted for multiple felony warrants in Bay County.
On January 28, 2024, the Bay County Warrants Division developed information that Kimberly Robinson Gandy, wanted for Human Trafficking, Sexual Battery and False Imprisonment warrants issued in Bay County, had fled to Mississippi.
Investigators learned on February 1, 2024, that Gandy fled from where she was living in Bay County when she learned her probation was going to be violated due to the new charges.
BCSO Warrants Investigators discovered her new address in Mississippi and contacted the Newton County Sheriff's Office in Newton, Mississippi and requested them to respond to this residence to pick Gandy up on the Bay County warrants. Newton County investigators located Kimberly Robinson Gandy at the provided address, and she was arrested without incident.
Kimberly Robinson Gandy will be extradited back to Bay County, Florida with additional Human Trafficking charges expected.
