The Bay County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of two local men after handguns and a significant amount of heroin were found during a search warrant.
On September 29th, 2018, the Bay County Sheriffs Office Special Investigations Division developed information to obtain a search warrant on a residence on Panama City Beach. During the search, investigators found approximately two ounces of Heroin. Investigators also found several handguns, one of which was reported stolen out of a neighboring county.
Taken into custody at the time of the search warrant were Jason Plumadore and David Sharpe. Jason Plumadore, a convicted felon, is the listed resident of the home and is on inmate release status with the Florida Dept of Corrections from previous charges in 2012 and 2013. David Sharpe was put on Felony Probation in July of 2018 for previous drug related crimes.
Jason S Plumadore, age 35, of 2406 Joan Avenue, Panama City Beach, was charged with Trafficking in More Than 28 grams of Heroin, Keeping a Public Nuisance Structure, Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, and Possession of a Firearm While in the Commission of a Felony.
David G. Sharpe, age 31, of 6412 Sunset Avenue, Panama City, was arrested on charges of Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Violation of Probation.
