Deputy John Allen is a Field Training Officer (FTO) with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office. One of his goals is to take green recruits (see what we did there) and help mold them into seasoned deputies equipped to serve the people of Bay County. We are fortunate to have Deputy John Allen in Field Services at the BCSO. Whether it’s a lawn mower on fire or the report of shots fired, his positive energy and calm demeanor can handle anything! #blackhistorymonth
