• Fill in all the required information. You will need to upload a picture of your driver's license and may also upload a profile picture.
• Add an inmate to your contacts list or all the inmate clients you'd like to conduct video visit interviews with.  
  You will receive a verification email within 24 hours, which you must complete. Additionally, you will receive a phone or text verification to confirm that your phone number is correct.
• If you wish to pay for the video visits ($0.25 per minute), you can fund your account using a credit or debit card. Alternatively, if the inmate you plan to visit has funds, they can cover the cost.
• To schedule a video visit, sign into your account, select the inmate from your contacts list, and choose 'Schedule a Remote Visit'. Pick a date, then select morning, afternoon, or evening. The available time slots will be displayed; select your preferred time slot and confirm. 
• At the time of your scheduled visit, log into your account, click 'My Visits' in the top right-hand corner, and then click 'Start' to begin the visit. Ensure you have a good internet connection, a microphone, and a camera. Scheduled visits will appear on the inmate's list of upcoming video visits, and they can choose to accept or decline the visit.
• You can also conduct an on-demand visit by selecting your inmate contact and choosing the 'Visit Now' option. If a visitation station is available in the inmate's housing unit, the station will alert them to an incoming video visit. The inmate will log into the station, accept the visit, and the video visit will connect.  You can also message your inmate from your Getting Out account, and they can message you back. Messages cost $0.25 each. 
• Additionally, you can send photos to your incarcerated loved one for $0.50 per photo. All photos are reviewed by the facility before being delivered electronically to the inmate. Photos containing nudity, profanity, paraphernalia, or other inappropriate content will be denied without a refund.  Ecards can be sent from your Getting Out account to your incarcerated loved one for $0.25 each.
