DRIVE-BY SHOOTING

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office is working a drive-by shooting at Magnolia Point Apartments on 11^th Street. The shooting occurred at about 6:15 pm
yesterday, July 18, 2019.

BCSO
Criminal Investigations is working the case. Investigators believe the shooting
originated in a vehicle travelling on 11^th Street. Multiple casings
were located on 11^th Street. Gunshots were aimed at the buildings
with one entering an apartment in the living room area. Two children in the
living room were narrowly missed as they played video games on the floor.

No
motive for the shooting has been determined, yet.
