LOCAL MAN ARRESTED FOR L & L CHARGES

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a local man on Lewd and Lascivious charges.

On
August 1, 2019, a family member of the victim filed a complaint with the BCSO
that Jacob Lee Hudson, age 36, of Panama City, had touched a juvenile under the
age of 12 inappropriately. All of the incidents occurred since October 10,
2018.

A
Child Protection Team (CPT) forensic interview was conducted with the victim.
During the interview the victim detailed multiple incidents involving Hudson.
The molestation began by inappropriate touching and progressed to lewd and
lascivious battery.

Jacob
Lee Hudson was arrested last night and charged with Capital Sexual Battery on a
Person less than Twelve, three counts of Lewd and Lascivious Battery, and six
counts of Lewd and Lascivious Molestation.
