Driver of Stolen Vehicle Goes Offroad and Bails on Foot

On May 30th, 2024, BAYROC spotted a stolen vehicle on Panama City Beach PKWY and advised deputies of its location. Upon sight of the deputy, the driver fled but had nowhere to go.
