Money Orders - Money Orders can be delivered in-person or by mail. Money Orders should be made payable to the Inmate. The Inmate’s name and control identification number is required on the money order, please include purchaser’s name and address.
Kiosk - A Kiosk machine is located in the lobby of the Bay County Jail Facility. The Kiosk accepts credit cards, debit cards, and cash. (Service fee applies and there are no refunds from the Kiosk).
Phone - Funds can be posted to an inmate's account by the inmate at.
Internet - Funds can be posted to an inmate's account at.
Notice: To use the Internet option, the user must have the inmate's Control Number and the facility ID number (15733).
 

Inmate Account Refunds 

Checks may be picked up Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at the front lobby with a valid identification photo generated from the Department of Motor Vehicles and Driver’s License (DMV). Out-of-town checks will be mailed upon proper request.
